The long and short of it is I have seen some things and learned even more. Between 2 pregnancies, an autoimmune disorder, and managing life as a full time working mom with 2 children, a dog, and my own fitness goals, I have personally struggled (a LOT) with food, body image, hormones, food allergies, and how to fit it all in!
For YEARS, I was told to "just lose weight" or offered a pain medication or antidepressant.
For YEARS, I was given lists of 'eat this, not that' and felt like I failed every time I couldn't stick to another set of unrealistic expectations.
For
YEARS I had my symptoms and feelings dismissed as "your labs are normal" and was left feeling like it was all in my head with no solution or plan of how to feel better.
My own experiences have taught me that we deserve better and I sought out the education needed to ensure that you get valuable support in the way that you want, need, and deserve.
